knowwhy is an early-access landing page. This policy explains what we collect before the product is generally available.

What we collect

When you request early access, we collect the fields you submit:

• Email address
• App link, if you choose to provide one
• Platform, daily active user range, and current analytics tool
• What you want help deciding

Analytics and session recording

We use PostHog to understand whether the landing page is clear, where visitors hesitate, and which sections create intent. We may record sessions to diagnose page friction. Form inputs are masked in recordings, and custom analytics events avoid sending raw app links or free-text answers.

How we use the data

We use this information to reply to early-access requests, decide who is a good fit for the first version, improve the landing page, and shape the product.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use ad tracking on this landing page.
• We do not charge you from the early-access form.
